Odaseva seeks a seasoned HR leader to scale its regional HR operations in EMEA. You will partner with executives, shape talent strategy, and lead a cross-functional HR team to drive organizational effectiveness across multiple countries.

The role demands deep knowledge of GDPR, French labor law, and scalable HR practices in a tech/SaaS environment. Hybrid work and international exposure are available.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with 8–12 years total experience, 5+ in regional leadership.
• Expertise in EMEA employment law and HR practices within high-growth tech/SaaS environments.
• Ability to align regional HR strategy with global business goals and drive change.
