Sol de Janeiro is seeking a proactive HR Generalist – EMEA to join our People Experience team. You will support HR operations and employees across the EMEA region, acting as the primary HR contact for our French entity.

This fast-paced role offers growth into an HRBP function over time. You will manage onboarding, contracts, payroll inputs, benefits, and data integrity in HRIS, while partnering with managers on workforce planning, recruitment, and compliance across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
• Experience in multi-country or international environments (EMEA preferred).
• Hands-on with HRIS, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management.
• Exposure to works council topics in France is a plus.
• Fluent English and French required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee full employee lifecycle in France and across EMEA, including onboarding, contracts, changes, leaves, and offboarding.
• Draft and manage employment contracts and HR documentation per local labor laws; maintain accurate HRIS data.
• Act as main HR Operations contact for payroll and benefits for France, with potential UK support.
• Support Works Council setup, elections, and documentation in France; coordinate with HR leadership.
• Assist recruitment activities across EMEA in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
• Support compensation and benefits administration and payroll coordination; liaise with providers as needed.
• Contribute to HR processes, projects, audits, data quality, and policy rollouts.
