Jobgether is seeking a Freelance HR Consultant based in France for a fully remote, hourly engagement. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles and staffing projects while strengthening onboarding, offboarding, HR policies, and employee engagement for a distributed, technology-focused workforce.

The role requires 3+ years in HR, experience with ATS/HRIS, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with strength in recruitment and general HR administration.
• Experience managing talent acquisition for corporate clients, agencies, or tech environments.
• Hands-on use of ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of remote-work compliance and core HR operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with discretion and confidentiality.
• Organizational and time-management abilities for remote, distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end recruitment for internal and external roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop and improve remote-first HR policies, onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Maintain accurate records for employees and freelancers with contracts and NDAs.
• Support employee engagement and performance management via regular check-ins and conflict resolution.
• Manage payroll inputs and leave tracking; serve as HR point of contact for teams and contractors.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to people processes.
• Coordinate multiple HR initiatives with distributed stakeholders and time tracking.
