Sekoia.io is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist in Rennes or Paris to oversee HR administration and payroll compliance for teams in France and abroad.

This hybrid role allows 3 remote days per week and will involve managing employee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits, as well as compliance reporting. Candidates must have a strong HR background, be fluent in French and English, and embrace collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, payroll coordination, or as an HR Generalist.
• Experience in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Mastery of modern HRIS tools and interest in AI and process automation.
• Strong collaboration, innovation, trust, excellence, humility, and open-mindedness.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire administrative journey of employees from onboarding to offboarding.
• Collaborate with the external payroll provider for payroll accuracy.
• Oversee international team members managed via compliance solutions.
• Maintain total data accuracy in HRIS tools.
• Produce regular HR metrics and manage mandatory compliance reportings.
• Facilitate the annual training plan and oversee professional interview process.
• Analyze engagement surveys and partner with managers for actionable feedback.
• Support cross-functional projects and backup HR tasks when needed.
