Matrix42 AG in Paris seeks a Customer Success Manager for scaled accounts to drive renewals, adoption, and growth across a portfolio of 100–150 named customers. You will blend personal engagement with scalable programs to deliver measurable business outcomes and strong retention.

You will own renewals, coordinate with Sales, Delivery, and Partners, and use CRM data to prioritize actions. Fluency in English and French and at least 3 years in SaaS are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Ability to connect software adoption with business value for customer decision-makers.
• Proven collaboration across Sales, partners, and customer-facing teams.
• Fluency in English and French; strong communication and forecasting skills.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of 100–150 named customers, balancing personal engagement with scalable programs.
• Manage renewals, targeting high retention and revenue growth through licence expansion.
• Identify growth opportunities and coordinate with Sales and Delivery to execute on upsell/cross-sell.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and leverage health signals to inform actions and strategy.
