Goodays is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in Lille to drive adoption, value, and revenue growth across strategic accounts. You will lead client success initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate customer obsession while growing relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.

The role emphasizes advisory leadership, strategic planning, and measurable value delivery in a fast-growing, international environment with a strong focus on customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in account management with revenue growth and retention.
• 6+ years in client services or account management handling Fortune 1000 clients.
• Fluency in English and French (C1 in both) for contract drafting and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Discover and influence client's metrics to drive adoption and business impact.
• Advise on strategies to build a healthy Customer Obsession program.
• Educate, guide, and support clients to transform toward customer obsession.
• Manage lifecycle across named strategic accounts.
• Provide ROI analyses and best-practice guidance.
