Job summary
Goodays in Paris is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead strategic accounts and drive adoption of our CX platform across Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, mainly in banking.
You will build long-term trusted relationships, coach clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI and business value.
Fluent English and French are required; 6+ years in client services or account management; experience with Fortune 1000 clients preferred.
Qualifications
- Significant experience with account management and revenue growth in SaaS or ecommerce platforms.
- 6+ years in client services or account management handling Fortune 1000 clients.
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) at C1 level; ability to draft/negotiate contracts.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients' organizations and business challenges to drive adoption and success.
- Provide strategic business support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, mainly in banking, and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate value and ROI of Goodays to clients and executives.
- Maximize adoption and drive revenue growth within the account base.
- Manage the client lifecycle across a portfolio of strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client support and governance.
