Qualifications

• Experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Technically literate with familiarity in customer engagement technologies.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
