Atlas is seeking a Senior Customer Success Lead to own onboarding and ongoing success for our first cohort of brands. You will turn them into power users and loud references, while feeding the product team with field insights.

As part of the Operations team, you will craft playbooks, docs, and rituals for a top-tier CS function and drive activation across divisions. Remote EU presence with a senior, strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success or account management for SaaS.
• Technical enough to configure connectors and agents.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new brands and drive activation across divisions.
• Build the playbooks, docs, and rituals of a great CS function.
• Be the voice of the customer in product planning.
