Job summary

Singlespot Sas is seeking a Head of Customer Success EMEA to own the full post-sale lifecycle of Kura and Atlas accounts across Europe, from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will be the operational face of Singlespot toward media agencies, advertisers and platform partners once a deal is signed.

You will build a scalable CS function, identify automation opportunities for the tech team, and drive renewals, upsells and cross-sells to grow the business without linear headcount growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, account management or ad operations in programmatic environments.
• Strong commercial, client-facing profile with ability to present and defend results.
• Fluent in French and English; comfort with agencies and advertisers.

Responsibilities

• Qualify incoming briefs with Sales: objectives, budgets, channels and dates.
• Coordinate PMP setup and deal ID delivery with SSP partners and DSP activation support.
• Produce go-live validation materials and monitor live campaigns daily.
• Own weekly reporting cadence and advertiser-level outcome reporting.
• Drive renewals, upsells and cross-sells across Kura and Atlas accounts.
• Coordinate billing with finance and keep IOs and reports clean.
