Job summary

Greenly is seeking a junior Onboarding Manager to guide new customers through our platform, ensuring value is reached quickly, smoothly, and confidently. The role centers on live customer interactions, data collection, and driving CSAT and product adoption from day one.

You will spend time delivering guided onboarding, collecting feedback for the Product team, and contributing to scalable, documented processes that improve workflows across Sales, Product, and Climate Experts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Support, Training, Consulting)
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple, structured ways
• Enjoy helping people progress and solving problems
• Learn fast and stay curious about climate and ESG topics
• Collaborate and share tips with the team
• thrive in a fast-moving, operational environment
• Fluent in English and French

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through platform setup and data collection
• Deliver fast time-to-value with clear benefits early
• Provide high-quality feedback to Product and Delivery for improvements
• Shadow, co-host calls, and progressively build autonomy in onboarding
• Maintain structured onboarding experiences and clear explanations of platform features
