Job summary

Kong Inc., the AI Connectivity Company, is hiring a Staff Customer Success Manager in France to set the standard for a premier CS organization. You will drive post-sales adoption, expansion, and risk mitigation with an executive mindset and strong technical fluency.

You’ll build strategic success plans, map complex organizations, and partner with ecosystems to realize measurable business outcomes across renewals, expansions, and health metrics using Tableau, SFDC, Clari, and Hex.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously.
• Ability to drive renewals, expansions and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools (Tableau, SFDC, Clari, Hex).

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive success plans covering use cases, roadmaps, and positive business outcomes.
• Take customers through a value-based engagement model to realize Kong's impact.
• Map customer organizations to identify champions and decision-makers.
• Leverage partners to expand stakeholders within the customer organization.
• Use utilization metrics to monitor health, identify risks, and extract actionable insights.
• Run impactful QBRs/EBRs with an executive mindset to articulate Kong's value.
• Collaborate with the account team to validate renewal timelines and surface cross-sell opportunities.
