Duetto Research is seeking a senior, high-autonomy Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales lifecycle for strategic EMEA accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to hotel leadership, manage onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal, and coordinate with product and sales to drive ROI.

You should bring hospitality revenue management expertise, a track record in enterprise account management, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Hospitality background with revenue management experience preferred.
• Senior customer-facing track record with enterprise accounts and exec stakeholders.
• Business-fluent English and French required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau (or equivalent), and AI-assisted tools.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts.
• Act as a senior consultant on client revenue strategies with multi-stakeholder leadership.
• Lead strategic business reviews and advanced product training with AI-assisted tools to show ROI.
• Design tailored product adoption recommendations across EMEA, collaborating with Product/Sales/Support.
• Mentor junior CSMs and contribute to a high-performing EMEA CS team.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and provide AI-assisted reporting.
