Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in France is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand the customer portfolio and drive major, strategic deals within the BFSI sector. You will collaborate with the France Sales Director, BFSI CoE, and delivery teams to shape opportunities and close deals.

Expect to deepen CIO-level networks in major banks, develop a sales strategy, and participate in teleworking with 2–3 days remote work per week as you grow into a sales leadership role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in services and solutions sales.
• Deep knowledge of the French BFSI ecosystem with CIO-level networks.
• Ability to define and execute a sales strategy; offshore sales experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Elaboration and execution of the sales strategy and action plans within accounts.
• Drive full sales cycle for large and strategic deals with cross-functional teams.
• Develop external and internal network with key stakeholders.
• Role evolution toward sales management after an initial period.
