Zendesk is seeking an AI Sales Specialist to drive growth and adoption of our AI products in a quota-carrying overlay role, partnering with Core Account Executives to prospect, demo, and close deals with value-driven AI solutions.

You will build relationships, lead AI POCs, and collaborate with AI and core Success teams to expand accounts, cross-sell, and optimize automation potential while aligning with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a quota‑carrying sales role.
• A focus on Conversational AI solutions or the CX space is preferable.
• Native Spanish speaker.
• Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of sales quotas and work to meet and exceed targets within Zendesk territory.
• Collaborate with core sales to develop plans driving revenue from existing and new accounts.
• Build relationships, align Zendesk AI portfolio with customer goals, and lead AI POCs.
• Identify expansion/cross‑sell opportunities and support commercial modelling for AR optimization.
• Act as a subject matter expert for AI solutions and enablement initiatives across the territory.
