Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Platform Architect to serve as a strategic technical advisor and architectural leader for enterprise customers.

You will design next-gen service solutions, drive autonomous workflows, and guide cross-functional teams to maximize AI-enabled outcomes across the Zendesk Resolution Platform. Responsibilities include leading executive-level discussions, deploying agent-centric architectures, and integrating external AI platforms with MCP-based patterns.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in enterprise architecture, presales, or IT consulting.
• Experience architecting generative AI solutions and RAG frameworks.
• Strong API, integration, and security orchestration capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic discussions and translate AI concepts into business value for execs.
• Design multi-step agentic workflows and scalable integrations across the Zendesk platform.
• Guide cross-functional teams from pre-sales to delivery, ensuring long-term AI deployment success.
