Job summary

Disneyland Paris is seeking a Section Chef for 4* and 5* hotels in Marne-la-Vallée. You will lead food production across all stations, ensuring high-quality plating and adherence to HACCP, while managing a team and adapting to menu changes.

The role requires strong culinary skills, experience in a high-volume setting, and a French B2 level. You will join an internationally oriented team with flexible hours starting early morning and extending late at night.

Qualifications

• Mastery of all culinary techniques (preparation, cutting, cooking, plating).
• Significant experience in a similar high-volume restaurant role.
• Minimum B2 level of French.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and execute production across all stations (cold, hot, dessert) from prep to plating.
• Adapt to unforeseen situations (allergies, menu changes, special requests).
• Maintain health and safety standards (HACCP).
• Onboard and train new employees and supervise interns/work-study students.
• Communicate decisions from management and ensure implementation.
