Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our commercial expansion, mainly in North-West of France (Bretagne, Normandie, Pays de la Loire). An excellent level of French is manadatory for this position.

In this critical role, you will manage and grow our key accounts, with the primary goal of scaling our presence. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from building relationships and negotiating contracts to achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our strategic accounts, building a strong, trust-based relationship to ensure long-term success and growth.
  • Manage all sales activities from lead to close for new farms focusing on both hunting for new opportunities and closing deals efficiently.
  • Systematically work towards scaling our deployment tenfold and hitting key revenue milestones.
  • Work closely with our field technicians and the future customer success team to ensure a seamless setup and onboarding experience for each new site.
  • As we are in a high-learning phase, your feedback from the field will be crucial in helping Phagos build robust and scalable sales processes.
  • Gather and relay insights from this key account to internal teams to help refine our product and service offering.
