A global leader in network solutions is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Paris. The role involves generating new business opportunities and collaborating with sales and marketing. Ideal candidates are driven individuals fluent in French and Italian, with experience in sales and strong communication skills. This is an office-based position with a hybrid model post-probation.

Axis Communications is looking for a high-energy results-driven Sales Development Representative who is fluent in French and Italian.

This is an office-based role just south of Paris working towards the French and Italian market. Once the trial period has passed there is a hybrid set up.

What will you do

As our new Sales Development Representative you’ll be at the frontline of Axis growth – creating new opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and end customers and helping us expand into new markets. You’ll become an expert on our innovative solutions and use your creativity to spark interest, open doors and connect with future customers. Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams you’ll bring campaigns to life and turn great ideas into real business wins.

Day‑to‑day tasks
  • Generate and nurture new business opportunities for Axis and our partners – you’re the one who gets conversations started!
  • Work your magic with prospects, handle inbound leads, make cold calls and connect with unassigned partners and end customers to uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design and run campaigns that capture attention and drive quality leads.
  • Promote events and training encouraging attendance for Axis Academy sessions, webinars and marketing initiatives – and soon you’ll even be hosting webinars yourself!
  • Engage with potential partners and end customers, build trust and create lasting relationships that drive success.
  • Use Salesforce and Sales Navigator like a pro, stay organized, track every interaction and keep full control of your pipeline to drive results.
  • Keep your data sharp, track your progress and ensure accurate forecasts and reports.

Requirements / What we look for
  • Degree in Business Administration / or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience and knowledge in IT (the security industry is a big advantage)
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce is preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Hunter and sales‑driven personality
  • Friendly and open character
  • Fluent in French and Italian written and spoken
  • Good level of English
