You will be coached by your manager, and onboarding is tailored to you. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, use of AI tools, and thriving in a fast-moving environment with hybrid work options.

Competenze

• First experience as Account Manager or Account Executive in SaaS with a sales target.
• You create your own opportunities and proactively reach out to customers.
• You have closed deals and can handle objections.
• You manage a large number of accounts and optimize your time.
• You use feedback to improve weekly and test new AI tools.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of around 300 SMB customers, secure renewals, and stay in regular contact.
• Prospect inside your portfolio to create new opportunities and upsell.
• Spot customer needs, pitch the right plan, and close upsell deals.
• Prioritize accounts, keep CRM up to date, and move deals forward with clear next steps.
