Job summary

Youtrust is seeking an Account Manager in Paris to take over a portfolio of ~300 SMB customers, driving renewals and recurring expansion revenue. You will build long-term relationships and uncover upsell opportunities.

Joining a fast-moving team, you’ll be coached, and onboarding is tailored to you. Fluency in French and good English are required, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to grow within the Account Management function.

Qualifications

• First experience as Account Manager or Account Executive in SaaS with a sales target
• Ability to create opportunities and close deals
• Proven track record in managing multiple accounts

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of around 300 SMB customers, secure renewals and stay in regular contact
• Prospect within portfolio to reach dormant customers and create new opportunities
• Spot customer needs, pitch plans or products, and close upsell deals
• Prioritize accounts, keep CRM up to date, and drive deals forward with clear next steps
• Use feedback and coaching to improve weekly and test new AI tools to cover more accounts
