Agicap is seeking an implementation project manager to lead customer implementations for new key accounts in a fast-paced, fintech environment. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, drive adoption, and coordinate with CS, product, and CSTech teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

You will work with CFOs and finance leaders, develop robust implementation plans, and maintain high satisfaction throughout the lifecycle, while growing customer value and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation or consulting in B2B SaaS/fintech.
• Led complex, multi-stakeholder deployments for mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Comfortable engaging CFOs and finance leaders directly, handling friction autonomously.
• Solid business, finance or treasury acumen or strong appetite to build it fast.
• Comfortable with data integrations, banking connections, ERP connectors, IT dialogue.

Responsabilités

• Define & communicate clear implementation plan and timelines.
• Lead deployment steering committees for new key accounts.
• Collaborate with CS teams, product management and CSTech for successful implementations.
• Identify client needs and translate into actionable requirements for tech.
• Leverage PM tools to ensure timely delivery and proper handovers.
• Coach consultants and drive adoption/upsell through sticky features.
