Agicap is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager in Lyon to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deployments for new key accounts. You will ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries while aligning with CS, CSTech and product teams to deliver value.

You will engage CFOs and finance leaders, drive adoption and change management, and coach consultants to build enduring client relationships in a fast-paced, ambitious scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation or consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or finance software.
• Strong ability to lead multi-stakeholder deployments for mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Comfort engaging CFOs and finance leaders directly and autonomously.

As an implementation project manager, your main mission is, for new key accounts, to ensure that customers adopt and recognise value from Agicap managing the project to be on time and on budget—driving satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. This can be done from Agicap's offices or at the customer's office.

To achieve that, you will focus on 4 pillars :

Customer Centric Project Management

• Define & communicate clear implementation plan.




• Set the right expectations from the customer & internal teams: define clear next steps, deadlines, and deliverables with responsibilities.




• Organise and lead deployment steering committees sessions for new key accounts.




• Work closely with internal teams, including CS teams (Implementation Consultants, CS Tech department, ...), product management, to ensure a successful implementation.




• Understand your clients' challenges and needs in order to provide the most suitable solutions, including business requirements to be shared with the CS Tech department.




• Leverage Project Management tools (Gantt charts, time tracking files, stakeholder mapping, etc) to ensure the correct implementation of the project ; and the delivery in the right timing.




• Follow-up with the product teams for your own implementation projects.

Product & Financial Expertise

• Chose the best possible setup in Agicap to ensure the adoption of the customer, based on their needs.




• Ensure that the data integration setup implemented fits the customer needs by collaborating with the CSTech department.




• Contribute directly to the improvement of our product by sharing client feedback with the technical and product teams and beta-testing prototypes.




• Develop business, finance and treasury processes acumen through customer experience and internal trainings.

Training & Advisory

• Support and train new and complex clients in their first implementation or existing customers in the adoption of new features.




• Create and develop sustainable relationships with users and decision makers.




• Share your expertise and ideas to help improve team performance.




• Be a true growth driver through upselling, with an emphasis on sticky features.




• Coach & provide feedback to the consultants you are working with.




• Act as the customer's advisor on treasury management by sharing insights to our clients and providing best-in-class experience.

Adoption & Change management

• Serve as the central point of contact for all communications related to strategic accounts during implementation phase.




• Ensure proper adoption of the tool to guarantee customer retention in the long term.




• Maintain high satisfaction indicators (NPS/CSAT).




• Share your expertise and ideas to help improve team performance.

Process Excellence

• Respect and suggest improvement of actual process to boost prioritization and efficiency (including feedback to be shared with Sales department).




• Fill in properly CRM to have the most updated data.




• Report regularly on performance.




• Share your expertise and best practices with the team.




• Provide qualitative handovers to the teams you are working with to increase quality and speed of action of those teams.

What we are looking for:

• You have 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation or consulting — ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or finance software




• You have led complex, multi-stakeholder deployments for mid-market or enterprise clients, several in parallel.




• You are comfortable engaging CFOs and finance leaders directly, handling friction and escalations autonomously.




• You have solid business, finance or treasury acumen, or a strong appetite to build it fast.




• You are at ease with technical topics: data integrations, banking connections, ERP connectors, dialogue with IT teams.




• You are structured and methodical, and you have built processes rather than only applied them.




• You have an excellent level of French, able to lead full business conversations, and a fluent level of English.




• You enjoy sharing your expertise and helping more junior profiles grow.




• You are ambitious, autonomous and thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
