Payflows is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help our strategic accounts unlock maximum value from our enterprise finance platform. You’ll learn from seasoned CSMs, support onboarding, and drive adoption across teams, ensuring customers realize ROI.

In this launchpad role, you’ll build relationships, respond to questions, and identify growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Growth teams to scale success and develop into a full Customer Success Manager

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years in SaaS, consulting, or customer-facing roles.
• Structured, analytical, and curious; eager to improve processes.
• Natural communicator who builds rapport with customers.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive adoption by guiding users through best practices and onboarding.
• Build relationships by engaging with customer teams and providing proactive support.
• Support retention and growth by identifying opportunities for upsell or deeper adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Growth teams to close feedback loops and scale success.
• Learn product knowledge and SaaS success fundamentals to progress toward a CSM role.
