Clearwater Analytics in Paris is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support onboarding of new clients onto our SaaS platform. The role collaborates with clients and Clearwater teams to tailor solutions addressing accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting needs.

Responsibilities include managing relationships, conducting client onboarding, delivering training, and communicating project status, issues, and risks.

Qualifications

• Beginner Excel with basic formulas and formatting.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Solid accounting knowledge and familiarity with accounting rules.
• Knowledge of securities or financial markets (derivatives, alternatives, structured products, fixed income).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Self-learning ability and initiative to seek assistance when needed.

Responsabilités

• Manages relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Facilitates onboarding of clients onto Clearwater's platform.
• Conducts training sessions to educate clients on the Clearwater platform.
• Effectively communicates project status, issues, and risks to all relevant parties.
• Proactively troubleshoots and resolves customer issues during implementation.
• Provides consultancy services to align objectives with project plans.
• Identifies and escalates risks and issues to the Project Manager.
• Demonstrates ability to self-learn and reach out to resources when needed.
