Agicap, headquartered in Lyon, is seeking an Implement ation Project Manager to drive customer adoption and value realization for new key accounts. You will lead on-time, on-budget implementations, coordinating with CS, CSTech, and product teams while communicating effectively with CFOs and finance leaders.

Bring 5+ years of PM/consulting experience in B2B SaaS/fintech, strong finance acumen, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation or consulting in B2B SaaS/fintech
• Led complex multi-stakeholder deployments for mid-market/enterprise clients
• Comfort working with CFOs/finance leaders and handling escalations autonomously
• Strong business/finance/treasury acumen or high willingness to develop
• Proficient with data integrations and IT teams; ERP connectors familiarity
• Structured, process-driven mindset with ownership and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent French and fluent English for business conversations

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate clear implementation plans with customers and internal teams
• Lead deployment steering committees for new key accounts
• Collaborate with CS, CSTech, product teams to ensure successful implementations
• Develop and share client insights to improve product and processes
• Coach and guide consultants, enabling upselling and adoption of features
• Maintain project governance, track timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders
• Serve as main point of contact for strategic accounts during implementation phase
