Clearwater Analytics in Paris is seeking Implementation Analysts to support onboarding of new clients to our SaaS platform. You will collaborate with clients and Clearwater teams to assess requirements and tailor solutions for accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting needs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and hands-on training to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Proficiency with Excel and SQL is preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of basic accounting rules.
• Knowledge of securities or financial markets (derivatives, fixed income, etc.) is advantageous.
• Excellent MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilités

• Manages relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
• Facilitates onboarding of clients onto Clearwater's platform.
• Conducts training sessions to educate clients on how to use the Clearwater platform.
• Effectively communicates project status, issues, and risks to all relevant parties.
• Troubleshoots and resolves customer issues during the implementation phase.
• Provides consultancy services to ensure alignment with project plans.
• Identifies and escalates risks and issues to the Project Manager.
• Demonstrates ability to self-learn and seek assistance as needed.
