Agicap is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager in Lyon to lead complex, multi-stakeholder deployments for new key accounts. You will ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries while aligning with CS, CSTech and product teams to deliver value.

You will engage CFOs and finance leaders, drive adoption and change management, and coach consultants to build enduring client relationships in a fast-paced, ambitious scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation or consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech or finance software.
• Strong ability to lead multi-stakeholder deployments for mid-market or enterprise clients.
• Comfort engaging CFOs and finance leaders directly and autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer-centric project management for new key accounts.
• Drive on-time and on-budget implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Collaborate with CS, CSTech, product and other internal teams to ensure successful deployment.
• Define clear implementation plans, expectations, deadlines and deliverables with responsibilities.
• Support adoption and change management to maximize retention and long-term value.
