Agicap in Lyon is seeking a customer implementation professional to help finance teams optimise treasury workflows and unlock value from the Agicap platform.

You will manage strategic customers, drive product adoption, and translate complex finance needs into scalable data structures across ERP, banking and payments. This client-facing role integrates with Product, CS and Commercial teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Fintech, Consulting, Finance Operations, Treasury, Accounting or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Fluent English level.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of strategic customers, driving deep product adoption and long-term value.
• Support customers in optimising cash, treasury, payments and financial visibility using Agicap.
• Translate customer needs into scalable data and workflow structures across ERP, banking, payments and treasury.
• Drive activation, ROI and gross retention.
• Identify finance optimisation use cases and quantify impact.
• Collaborate with Product, CS, Marketing and Commercial teams as the voice of the customer.
• Help customers move to automated and scalable finance operations.
• Build product expertise and share knowledge across teams.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to help customers achieve long-term finance and business objectives.
