You will serve as the main point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, delivering high-quality service and tailored solutions across our international client base.

The role requires native or fluent Russian, strong English skills, and prior experience in customer support or related client-facing work.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate within an international team.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry or a similar client-facing role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate onboarding in Bulgaria.
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Russian-speaking clients, delivering exceptional service.
• Resolve complex inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Maintain detailed client documentation for accurate reporting and service excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
• Proactively identify opportunities for service enhancements and contribute to the Russian-speaking jobs portfolio in Bulgaria.
