Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a French Speaking CX Specialist to deliver omnichannel support for international clients in Bulgaria. You will resolve inquiries with empathy, maintain CRM records, and work with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

Fluent French and English are required, along with EU passport eligibility. The role includes a fully sponsored relocation package to Sofia and a dynamic, multicultural work environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Experience in professional Customer Support or contact center is valued.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
