Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Arabic Speaking Client Specialist to join our Sofia-based Customer Support Services team. You will resolve inquiries, maintain client records, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service for Arabic-speaking clients.

The role includes full relocation to Bulgaria, a competitive monthly salary, health insurance, paid training, a relocation package, and a monthly bonus in an international work environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in English for collaboration with an international team in Sofia.
• Experience in the Customer Support Services sector is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Valid EU passport to facilitate relocation to Bulgaria.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Resolve complex inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed client records and documentation to track interaction history and improve service efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve recurring service challenges.
• Act as a linguistic bridge, ensuring seamless communication for our Arabic-speaking clientele.
• Adhere to SLAs while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
• Proactively suggest improvements to internal customer support processes to enhance the user experience.
