Qualifikationen

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in customer support services is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Good command of English for internal company communication.
