This on-site role requires native or fluent Korean and strong English communication, with a focus on resolving inquiries and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Korean native or fluent proficiency is mandatory.
• EU passport or Bulgarian work authorization required.
• Experience in professional customer support preferred.
• Strong English communication for internal use.
• Excellent interpersonal and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• On-site presence in Sofia is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients, providing high-level support within the Customer Support Services sector
• Resolve complex inquiries through various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our internal CRM systems to track performance metrics
• Collaborate with international team members to share best practices and optimize support workflows
• Stay updated on product developments and company policies to provide precise and professional assistance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols to enhance the overall customer journey
• Drive positive outcomes by meeting and exceeding established performance targets and KPIs
