This role requires native Arabic, professional English, and a willingness to relocate to Sofia. You will work with a premier global client in the Customer Support Services sector and contribute to high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Professional proficiency in English to engage with an international team.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and a dedication to service excellence.
• Must be willing to relocate to Sofia for this Arabic Speaking Customer Support Agent position in Bulgaria.
• Candidates must hold a valid EU passport or have the legal right to reside and work in Bulgaria.
