Job summary

Stoïk is Europe’s leading insurtech for cyber risk, seeking a senior RevOps/FP&A professional to shape incentives, planning, and commercial strategy. You will partner with GTM and Finance to design plans, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities across markets.

In this hybrid role based in Paris, you will collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities, push scalable growth, and deliver insightful performance analytics with modern BI tools.

Qualifications

• Must have a rigorous, structured analytical mindset.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, or equivalent).
• Working proficiency in English.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment (Consulting, RevOps or FP&A in a high-growth tech company).
• Fluency with AI tools to build models, analyses and small tools faster.
• SQL and/or Python.
• Fluency in French or German.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GTM Leadership and Finance to design targets and incentive plans for every GTM population and run them in Qobra.
• Architect Stoïk's annual plan with leadership and Finance, building it bottom-up from market insights.
• Shape the commercial levers that drive growth across business lines.
• Build and maintain Stoïk's revenue forecast and lead performance reviews.
