Job summary

Youtrust, a European digital trust platform, is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to own the forecast, performance tracking, and compensation programs within the Revenue Performance & Sales Strategy team. You will report to Aurélien and collaborate daily with sales, finance and RevOps to enable data-driven decisions and growth.

The role emphasizes building robust models, dashboards, and analyses that drive reliable numbers and strategic insights across territories and segments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Ops, RevOps, Sales Ops or Compensation Management.
• Build spreadsheet models that others can read, check and reuse.
• B2B SaaS revenue metrics: ARR, pipeline, win rate, and forecasting.
• Worked with CRM data, ideally Salesforce; identify data quality issues.
• Understand how sales compensation plans work: quotas, accelerators, thresholds.
• Build dashboards that answer business questions.
• Care about how sales works and why numbers move; don't just produce them.
• Check numbers before sharing.
• Use AI tools daily and verify outputs.
• Explain complex topics simply and align teams on numbers.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly revenue forecast and track against targets.
• Design and implement sales compensation plans, calculate commissions monthly.
• Build, run and improve monthly performance reviews with CRO and Sales leaders.
• Own revenue dashboards and ensure data reliability.
• Support analysis for Sales motion on territory or segment analysis.
