Job summary

Stoïk is seeking a Senior RevOps/FP&A professional to lead incentives, revenue planning, and commercial strategy in a hybrid Paris office. The role collaborates with GTM leadership and Finance to design targets and ensure scalable growth across markets.

You will forecast revenue, analyze performance, and present insights to leadership while working with product, Sales, and Ops on new launches. Paris-based, hybrid work with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Structured analytical mindset.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, or equivalent).
• Working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design targets and incentive plans for every GTM population and run them in Qobra.
• Architect Stoïk's annual plan with leadership and Finance, from field data across markets.
• Shape the commercial levers that drive growth (pricing, segmentation, etc.).
• Build and maintain Stoïk's revenue forecast and report to leadership with Finance.
