Stoïk in Paris (75008) is seeking a CRM Architect to own HubSpot and shape the CRM/data model, automations, and security. You’ll collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data to align CRM with company-wide GTM and product strategies.

You’ll build integrations with in-house platforms, own the wider GTM stack (Gong, Clay, Aircall, Granola, etc.), and design scalable workflows that reduce manual work through orchestration and AI. Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

Engineer mindset focused on scalable business systems.
Hands-on CRM management experience (HubSpot a strong plus; Salesforce acceptable).
Strong understanding of APIs and ability to translate business logic into scalable architecture.
Able to push back on features that create technical debt.
English proficiency required.

Responsabilités

Own HubSpot as a mission-critical platform, including data model, automations, permissions.
Design and build integrations between HubSpot and in-house platforms with cross-functional teams.
Create automations to streamline GTM processes and leverage AI where possible.
Scale processes across markets, products, and countries as the company grows.
