Outbound Operators is seeking a Senior SDR to drive new opportunities through intensive cold calling, targeting engineering leaders at growing AI teams. This remote US-based role emphasizes high call volume, scenario-driven messaging, and rapid interview progression.

The team provides tools, scripts, and training to accelerate results. You will engage in 5–6 hour calling days, aim for 165–180 dials and 25–40 conversations daily, and collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize outreach.

Qualifications

• Based in the USA with no citizen sponsorship available.
• 3+ years of cold calling experience required (ideally in B2B sales).
• Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience.

Responsabilités

• Cold calling: 25-40 live conversations per day on 165-180 dials per day.
• Completions & activations: assess timing and match with prospects.
• Book meetings: convert contacts to intro calls.
• Follow up: nurture "not now" contacts.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing: test messaging and share feedback.
• Maintain clean notes: log activities and outcomes for visibility.
