Grafana Labs is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage users and prospects, identify opportunities, and partner with the Sales Team to drive revenue. This 100% remote role thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with teammates from 15+ countries.

You’ll research, tailor messages, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity while balancing inbound inquiries with proactive outreach.

Formación

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational ability and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to take on varied tasks and collaborate with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain knowledge of Grafana technology, competitors, open source ecosystem, and industry trends.
• Follow up on inbound leads effectively and efficiently.
• Use multi-channel outreach (email, social, calling) to proactively reach target accounts.
• Utilize Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management.
• Research and tailor outreach to target prospects and accounts via email and LinkedIn.
• Drive discovery conversations to understand user needs and explain Grafana value.
• Meet new business opportunity and pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to win as a team.
