An international SaaS company seeks a Sales Business Developer to drive growth across Europe. You will work with the Head of Sales and CEO to build a healthy pipeline in DACH or Nordics, focusing on outbound outreach, demos, and CRM-driven pipeline management.

You will be mentored by senior leaders and join a high-energy team of ~25, with strong product-market fit and global ambitions. This is a 100% remote role with travel occasionally.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of outbound SaaS sales experience (junior to senior welcome).
• Fluent English; German mandatory for DACH markets.

Aufgaben

• 70% outbound hunting with multichannel prospecting.
• Qualify and engage key decision-makers (CEOs, Directors).
• Conduct 60–80 cold calls per day to generate interest.
