We’re looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect to define, design, and guide world‑class AI architectures with our early‑access partners and strategic enterprise customers.

What You’ll Do

Lead Enterprise AI Architecture

• Partner with engineering and technical leadership to architect agentic systems and complex workflows that leverage O137.ai’s orchestration platform.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions using autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, and multi-model AI stacks.

Customer Engagement & Technical Enablement

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers during pre‑sales and post‑sales cycles.
• Deliver technical presentations, solution overviews, and best practices.
• Lead workshops and proof‑of‑concept engagements with cross‑functional teams.

Design & Implementation Best Practices

• Define reference architectures, integration patterns, and secure deployment strategies.
• Drive documentation and architectural standards for data governance, security, observability, and compliance.

Scale with Impact

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence product direction based on real‑world use cases.
• Support customers from prototype to production with performance tuning and optimization.

What We’re Looking For

Strong Architectural Experience

• 7+ years in technical architecture, solutions engineering, or related roles.
• Deep experience designing and delivering enterprise‑grade distributed systems.

AI & Machine Learning Systems Understanding

• Comfortable with LLMs, autonomous agent workflows, API integrations, streaming data, and event‑driven architectures.

Hands‑On Technical Skillset

• Proficiency in Python (or modern scripting languages) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with secure, compliant deployments in regulated environments.

Enterprise Customer Focus

• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with pre‑sales support, solution scoping, and enterprise onboarding.

Nice to Have

• Practical experience with AI model orchestration tools, agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, or workflow engines.
• Background in compliance, data governance, or security‑focused design.
• Experience contributing to open‑source projects or technical communities.
