AI Digital is looking for a Middle/Senior Data Solutions Engineer to design, scale, and maintain robust automation frameworks and data integrations. You will mentor junior engineers, drive process improvements, and contribute to the data roadmap across the organization.

The role emphasizes reliability, documentation, and cross-team collaboration, with a fully remote setup across the EMEA region and USD compensation to reflect expertise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with strong knowledge of SQL and JavaScript (used for automation within the Google ecosystem).
• Experience with BigQuery or strong general database expertise; hands-on with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, modeling frameworks, and performance optimization.
• Proven track record in automation, data quality improvements, and building internal tools.
• Strong understanding of APIs and BI platform integrations.
• Advanced experience using GitHub for collaborative development.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement complex automation workflows across BigQuery, BI systems, and other tools.
• Build and maintain operational integrations that connect various tools and systems directly.
• Lead major incident investigations and implement preventive improvements and recovery mechanisms.
• Mentor junior colleagues and drive process improvements across the team.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to align automations with reporting and system needs.
• Write modular, scalable code and establish automated testing.
