Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support AI training projects on a flexible, fully remote basis. You’ll work on real software engineering problems across features, refactoring, performance optimization, and code reviews.

Ideal candidates have strong algorithms/data structures knowledge and experience in backend or full-stack engineering, with exposure to system design, automated testing, and cybersecurity being a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial software engineering experience.
• Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience in backend, full-stack, system design, automated testing or cybersecurity is relevant.
