SalesCaptain is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to lead outbound strategy and client communications for international brands. This full‑time, remote role operates on EU hours and focuses on creating high‑performing cold email and LinkedIn campaigns.

You will drive audience research, craft messaging, analyze results, and present progress to clients while exploring new AI sales tools to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Marketing, Sales, GTM, or as a BDR at tech companies
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cold Email sequencing
• Proven ability to write high‑converting cold emails and LinkedIn sequences
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI platforms for messaging flows
• Experience in Tech, SaaS, software industry, or high‑growth start‑ups
• Willingness to experiment with AI Sales tools monthly
• Structured, organized, strong communication, and reliable to meet deadlines

Responsabilités

• Manage the strategy and execution of Cold Email and LinkedIn Outreach campaigns for international clients
• Conduct audience, industry, and competitor research to understand USPs and market needs
• Define targeting and ICP criteria for each campaign
• Create messaging for outbound campaigns using copy and AI from research
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend optimizations to hit KPIs
• Identify, test, and refine new campaign angles and niches to improve replies
• Communicate with clients, create progress reports, and manage retention and upselling
