Spendesk is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of French and Spanish-speaking mid-market customers across Paris and Barcelona. You will drive onboarding, adoption and renewals, while identifying growth opportunities and ensuring measurable value for customers.

Collaborating with Account Managers, Product, Marketing and Support, you will champion customer success, monitor health, and help customers demonstrate ROI with Spendesk’s spend management platform.

Qualifications

• Fluent or native French and Spanish with professional English proficiency.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar roles.
• A consultative approach; proactively advising customers.
• Strong ownership of a customer portfolio.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage relationships.
• Analytical mindset using data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Genuine interest in SaaS and long-term partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Build strong relationships with a portfolio of 120–150 French and Spanish customers.
• Guide onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion to grow usage.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with Account Managers.
• Be the voice of the customer; share feedback with Product, Marketing and Sales.
