European Dynamics is seeking a Performance/Resilience Test Engineer to join our development team remotely within the EU. The role focuses on non-functional testing, performance, and resilience, collaborating with the client's IT team on a major project.

You will design test plans, develop load scripts (JMeter or Gatling), run end-to-end tests, analyse results, and share recommendations to improve scalability and reliability. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT combined with relevant professional experience of at least 6 years in non-functional testing.
• Experience with performance and resilience testing tooling.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Create the non-functional test plan and update the test plan for review to manager/leader.
• Plan, prepare execute and analyse the non-functional testing activities as required.
• Develop a strategy for end-to-end non-functional testing of the solution.
• Develop the performance test scripts using tools for identified scenarios and prepare data.
• Execute non-functional tests including resilience, recovery, load, stress, endurance and capacity tests.
• Analyse resource usage to identify bottlenecks and verify performance.
• Review results, identify non-functional issues and provide recommendations.
• Enable other QA engineers and developers to run non-functional tests.
