European Dynamics is seeking a Test Project Leader fluent in English to join our Development team remotely within the EU. The role involves planning and leading all test activities and ensuring quality management processes are in place while collaborating with a major client’s IT team.

The successful candidate will have 12+ years of large-scale testing project experience, strong knowledge of test management tools, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of experience managing large-scale testing projects.
• Experience with Test Management tools and environments.
• Strong knowledge of testing lifecycle and test automation/tools landscape.
• Familiarity with testing standards and methodologies.
• Experience in agile software development and testing methodologies.
• Ability to write clear documentation and reports.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilités

• Plan and oversee all test activities (functional and non-functional) and provide high-level reporting.
• Maintain and ensure adherence to quality management processes.
• Keep all quality-related documentation up to date.
• Participate in requirement analysis to devise effective test strategies.
• Validate Test Summary Reports and testing evidence; provide comments and accept/reject deliverables.
• Define and plan end-user testing strategy; coordinate stakeholder support.
