EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Test Project Leader fluent in English to join our Development team remotely within the EU. The successful candidate will plan and oversee all test activities for large-scale projects and collaborate closely with a major client's IT team.

We require a University IT degree with 12+ years in testing leadership, experience with Test Management tools, strong knowledge of testing standards, agile methods, and contract management.

Qualifications

• University IT degree plus 12+ years in managing large-scale testing projects.
• Experience with Test Management tools.
• Deep knowledge of the testing lifecycle, automation, and management tools.
• Strong knowledge of testing standards and methodologies.
• Excellent project and contract management experience.
• Ability to chair meetings, present, and ensure high-quality standards.
• Experience in Agile software development and testing.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilités

• Plan and oversee the planning and execution of all test activities, including reporting.
• Ensure Quality Management processes are set up, maintained and meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain documentation related to quality management.
• Participate in requirement analysis to devise an effective test strategy.
• Validate Test Summary Reports and testing evidence, providing expert comments.
• Define and plan end-user testing strategy.
• Coordinate stakeholder support for quality assurance matters.
